Return and Exchange Policy

Yasmin Store and Flour Mills, established in 1989, is committed to providing high-quality products and services to our valued customers. We strive to ensure customer satisfaction. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. To address these situations, we have implemented the following Exchange and Return Policy:
General Policy
Grocery Store: As a grocery store, we primarily operate on a "sold as is" basis.
Product Inspection: We encourage customers to carefully inspect products before purchase to ensure they meet their needs.
Limited Returns: Due to the nature of our business, returns are generally limited.
Exceptions to the General Policy
In rare cases, we may consider exchanges or returns for the following reasons:
Product Defects: If a product is found to be defective upon purchase, please return it to the store within 02 days with the original purchase receipt. We will inspect the product and, if confirmed defective, offer a replacement or refund.
Product Damage: If a product is damaged during transportation or handling, please report it to the store staff immediately. We may offer a replacement or refund, subject to verification.
Return Policy in case a customer refuse to delivery, we will deduct delivery charges and refund the rest of the amount
If order delivery fails due to not being responded by customer, we will hold order for 4 days, after that we will process the refund after deducting delivery charges.
In case of cash of delivery, we will dispatch order after confirmation call.
Important Considerations
Original Purchase Receipt: A valid original purchase receipt is required for all exchanges and returns.
Product Condition: Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.
Store Credit: In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a cash refund.
Store Policies: Please be aware that specific product categories may have additional return or exchange restrictions.
